Parameters in API request for R

Hey,

I'm reading the documentation for Tempo and I want to retrieve plans from 1-1-2021 to 12-31-2021. The documentation gives me a list of parameters I need to use but the examples makes it confuse me. I'm still new to utilizing API's in R and using xml and json. I already know how to use tokens.
