Prediction with Linestring Geocomputational Data

Hi,

I have a LINESTRING data that contains route as you can see below. In this route, my car made some accidents (I have all accident locations as longitude and latitude). I wonder that may I create a model that can predict accident location in this route with different features such as traffic condition or weather condition?
