I am trying to install Markdown, but this error appears. I can't figure out how to fix it

Try install base64enc, and next with Rmarkdown.

Your default package library is set to be the system level package library so you need to run RStudio as "Administrator" in order to be able to install into that folder.

Just right click on the RStudio icon and choose the "Run as administrator" option.
