Project Not opening.

Hello, I have a problem opening the following project

Other projects associated are opening but not this one.
I have tried logging off, relaunch and delete cache in browser but all attempts failed.
I am using the latest version of chrome.
Kindly help.

I haven't been able to track down any issues related to that project. Is it still giving you difficulties?
