R is not working after installing

Hi all,
I have installed latest version of R but it does not open.
(Earlier I have installed R and RStudio. But I was unable to install tidyverse. Therefore I have uninstalled both R and RStudio.)

(I am a new leanner of data analysis)
(Please someone help me immediately because I was unable to fix it myself)
