I deployed R shiny in the ubuntu cloud machine. whenever I'm loading the app it is disconnecting automatically in a few minutes. I tried increasing idle run time but still, the problem persists. I also checked for a shiny-server log it doesn't show any error message. please, help me to avoid "disconnected from the server" error.
