The problem is that I cannot open RStudio cause the last time I saved a huge amount of data in the workspace, (perhaps more than 40 Gb)
Are there any possible solutions to clear workspace of RStudio without opening the program? So after that, I can open the program in maximum of 30 minutes?

If you know the directory where you've saved the workspace, perhaps deleting the .RData file, or moving it to another directory may help.

You shouldn't have to reinstall RStudio. As Yarnabrina stated, deleting (or moving) the .RData file should suffice.
In general it's a good idea to untick the default setting of "Restore .RData into workspace at startup".
