I need some help with installing R studio. I've downloaded the R studio package and have successfully downloaded it. Problem is, I could not locate it anywhere on my laptop? When I downloaded it, R studio is said to have been downloaded on Mackintosh HD. But I could not find it anywhere.
Downloading isn't the same as installing. What is downloaded is a dmg image that has to be opened to install.
The .dmg image will be in the downloads folder. Double click on the .dmg image and drag the RStudio application to the applications folder.
