R studio not running at all

Hi,
I am trying to run any code and nothing happens when I click run, or control+enter. No error, nothing. My environment is empty, nothing appears on packages or help. I tried uninstalling R and deleting any R file in all directories. Did not work. This is the R version and my windows version.

R version 4.0.5 (2021-03-31) -- "Shake and Throw"
