R Studio overload and crashes upon opening

Crash Information:

I tried to do a project for school which runs a very large for loop. My R studio is overloaded and crashed. I tried to force quit R studio, however, whenever I open R studio again, it crashed. I can still open a regular R session, but not R studio. Please help! I can't use R studio ever since.

System Information:

  • OS Version: MacOSMojave
  • R Version: newest version

Try deleting the .Rdata file from your default working directory or in your project directory if you have configured the option for restoring the most recently opened project at startup.
