I am currently running a dataset through an algorithm mainly using the package Seurat 1.4.0.8. Everytime I load the data into R studio, it encounters a "fatal error" and crashes, giving me no other information on why it's crashing. I am using R 3.4.2 and R Studio 1.1.383. I asked the developers of the package Seurat whether there's a compatibility issue between this specific version of Seurat and the newest versions of R and R studio, and they say they haven't had any issues.
So, the problem must be either with R studio or the data I am loading, how can I figure out the issue?
P.S. I am by no means an R expert...any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
