Random Effects: how is it implemented in R

Hello All,

I am working on random effects models and I was wondering how is it implemented in R (steps of execution)? The package used here is 'plm' but I am looking for some sort of detailed documentation on the function.

Hello, I guess the first step would be to check in CRAN (Package "plm").
There is a pdf document explaining the package (143 pages + links to scientific papers).
