Rcmdr on Mac - Graph Menu bar on Quartz 2 [*] not showing

Hello,

I am creating graphs with Rcmdr through Quartz 2 []. I am aware the graphs that pop up on a Windows computer have a menu bar with components such as "File" and "History". On my Mac, I don't have this. What can I do to have this menu bar show up on Quartz 2 []?
