Is there an easy way within RStudio to reflow Markdown documents? This comes up quite often when editing NEWS.md files in packages and wanting to ensure the text fits within 80 characters. Essentially I'm looking for a Markdown equivalent of the reflow comment tool.

Having looked around a second time, I realized that this topic was also already discussed somewhat in this RStudio GitHub issue this spring.
