RSConnect::writeManifest() error

I am attempting to use Git backed content deployment in RS Connect using this tutorial: (https://solutions.rstudio.com/videos/?wchannelid=hd6k3y7nj5&wmediaid=wu2wrfex92)

I cant find a solution to this error:

rsconnect::writeManifest()
Warning in FUN(X[[i]], ...) :
Unable to find repository URL for package foreign

I have tried this: (Unable to find repository URL for package foreign)
