I upgraded by RStudio from 1.2 to 1.3. When I opened RStudio before, the console would show the standard R intro text (version, copyright, etc.). With 1.3, the console is empty. Curiously, when I open a project, the text is displayed. When I close that project, the text is displayed again. Why does it not show up when I open RStudio?
