RStudio doesn't prompt when I try to open a R file. It just shows "RStudio is ready" on Ubuntu 20.04

Hi there.

After I double click in a .R file, it only appears "RStudio is ready" in a box in the top of my screen. I want that RStudio prompts to me (So far, I need to do Alt+Tab every time).

I am running Ubuntu 20.04
R version 4.0.2
RStudio Version 1.3.1056
