Description of issue - RStudio failed to start. It will not launch with any 64bit R Version after selecting update packages.
Attempted steps taken to fix - uninstalled all R versions and reinstalled 4.1.3 and 4.2.2. Removed . Rdata, .Renviron and .Rhistory
