Rstudio interrupted without output and error

When I'm running a computationally-intensive code, it would abruptly stops running after several hours without any output. There is no error or warning. The only thing that appears on the console is that the run has ended (i.e., the red "stop" button no longer appears).

I was able to execute the code and obtain an output during the first run but failed in subsequent runs.

It s very likely your session is crashing because you are running out of RAM
