RStudio - Menu bar missing in windows 10

I have recently installed the latest version of RStudio on Windows 10. But the Menu Bar (File, Edit, Code, View, Plots, etc) are missing. In addition, the whole interface appears to be misaligned. For example, in order to type code in line #1, i have to click a space in line #2 to start typing in the space above. My current display resolution is 1920x1080 with 125% systematic scaling. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the RStudio but this problem is persistent. Does anyone have any insights on this issue? Really appreciate any input!

This sounds like an issue with your graphics card. You can try switching to software rendering: https://support.rstudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017886674-Troubleshooting-RStudio-Rendering-Errors
