Rstudio not responding

Hello,

I need help with my Rstudio. Every time I open it up I get the and Error Rstudio not responding message. I am a very new user of Rstudio. I have tried running all troubleshooting that I can but so far nothing seems to work. I also ran the diagnostics but I don't know how to use the information to resolve the problem. I would appreciate any assistance with this.
