RStudio won't load in macbook

I have a 2017 MacBook Pro, recently replaced SSD due to failure. I'm running Catalina at this point.

So, I've just gotten my macbook back from repairs where they replaced the hard drive. I am trying to restore applications and downloaded RStudio. It won't open, however, and says that the binary files can't be found. Is this a known issue and if so, please send the fix?
