Send current R chunk to terminal with keyboard shortcut

In RStudio, I know how to run the current R chunk from an Rmarkdown file using CMD+SHIFT+ENTER, and how to send the current like to the Terminal with ALT+CMD+ENTER.

Is there a shortcut/menu item to send the current chunk to the Terminal? I run R code in a remote R session (via ssh) and it would be very practical if I could send a whole chunk to the Terminal.
