Shiny and Libraries for Commercial Use

Hi,

Let's assume that I developed an application on Shiny and I used libraries such as tidyverse and ggplot2 while developing this application. Can I sell my Shiny app to someone for money? Also, I don't want to share my application codes. Would this be an issue for GPL3 licensed packages such as DT or tidyverse?
