Shiny app disconnects only on server--logs show no errors

Any news on the potential bug in I'm receiving more reports from users of the server disconnecting. If this problem persists I need to find a workaround or use another service.

We've confirmed the issue with the load balancers, and we going to look into a fix for it over the next week or two. However with the holidays fast approaching we can't commit to an exact date for a resolution at this time. We will update you with more information early in the new year. I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your continued patience.
