Hi all,
this is my first time writing here and in general, I am quite new to R.
I am a biologist and want to analyse whether my cells for clusters or not. I read a lot about spatstat and the K and L function. I have the location of my cells all tracked and saved as x and y coordinates.
What would be the best approach to test now if they cluster or are randomly distributed?
A plot of the point pattern is attached. If needed, I can also provide the x and y coordinates.
