Dear community
I am recently working on a network optimization problem. In this pursuit, I looked for the SteinerNet package as a heuristic Steiner tree solves my optimization needs. My question is how can a person employ Steiner heuristic solution in R now? Is there any other package available that can be used?
I would be grateful if someone can offer an expert advice on this issue which requires combinatorial optimization advanced mathematics.
