Abstract: This table shows the burden of bacterial antimicrobial resistance in Germany by using reactable and reactablefmtr. It is based on country-level estimates for the WHO European region.
Full Description: The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) has produced very comprehensive data (estimates) on the burden of antimicrobial resistance in the WHO European region. With this table, I would like to contribute to presenting these data in a way that they can be used interactively (searching, filtering, etc.). To save computing capacity, I have limited myself to the data for Germany, but the code can easily be adapted to analyze other countries and is commented accordingly.
The implementation was done with the packages reactable and reactablefmtr.
