Hey guys I have a report that I built using rmd and I have a shiny app graph that I built into the report. Its just one standalone graph using plotly wrapped with shiny app. When I render the document it works fine.
My issue is when I try to publish the rmd file into shinyapp it goes through the initial process and crashes all of a sudden. I tried asking about the issue on stackoverflow but got no responses yet.
I am wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and how did you go about resolving it?
ps I also tried to load a simple .rmd file without the shinyapp and it gave me the same error so I am assuming it has nothing to do with the shinyapp.
