Is there a way to get the Leaflet package in R to produce vector grids?
I need a way to produce a site map app on RShiny that uses over ~1 million points, but I'm finding Leaflet on Rshiny tends to crash around 50,000 points. I've had some better success with packages such as DeckGL and Mapdeck, but they don't seem to have the versatility that Leaflet does (e.g., I lose the ability to include drawings tools on the map, which is a built into Leaflet.extras).
