Where do I change app_init_timeout and app_idle_timeout ?

The shiny server admin guide mentions app_init_timeout and app_idle_timeout variables, but how exactly do I set these? Can I just write something like app_init_timeout 120 in my shiny-server.conf file? (To mean that app_init_timeout should be 120 seconds)

Or do I put it elsewhere?
