Whitescreen after opening RStudio

I have installed RStudio on a virtual machine with Windows Server 2019 and on one user it is running fine when accessing it through a remote desktop connection but on another user i only get a white screen when accessing the VM through Team Viewer.

How can i fix this? I only need RStudio to schedule R scripts for generating reports for my company on this VM. I tried reinstalling R and RStudio but I still have this problem.
