R studio is unable to run on my computer. The error information: “The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”
I have installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit) in my computer and replaced the file “api-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll(64 Bit) in widows/system 32. But these two ways don’t work.
