I am sorry for this novice post. I just updated R studio and now I seem to have two versions, one(desktop version) that is quicky but has weird formatting (doesn't scale properly across extended monitors, doesn't display code etc) and then I have another(run command version) which scales properly but is incredibly slow.
I understand there is such a thing as a source editor and a desktop ide, but both when clicked on bring the same IDE. The settings from one do not transfer to another. How did I end up with two versions?
