Work on my R projects from two machines with Git, Github, {renv} and Onedrive

Hi!
Until recently I was working on a laptop (windows). All my R projects are created within OneDrive. I also have version control with Git and Github for many of the said projects + I {renv}.
Now I am setting up a desktop machine (windows).

I would like to seamlessly move between the two of them (desktop and laptop) while working on my projects. I guess that the main one (most work time) will be the Desktop machine.

  • How can I achieve this?
  • What are the challenges?
  • Is it better to move out of Onedrive? or is it helping to have them in Onedrive?
